Lay down a drop cloth to protect floors; affix painter's tape to baseboards, ceiling and any molding or trim.
Apply paint just inside taped areas with the angled brush, then paint the remainder of the walls with the woven roller; remove painter's tape while paint is still damp; allow paint to dry 24 hours.
Decide on stripe width and lightly mark with the pencil the top and bottom of the stripe; use the level to lightly draw horizontal stripe lines along walls.
Affix edge of the painter's tape to the outside of the top and bottom lines, applying pressure to ensure a tight seal with the walls.
Using the woven roller, paint the accent color inside the taped lines; use the angled brush in corners.
Remove the painter's tape while paint is still damp; clean up any mistakes with the clean, damp cloth; allow paint to dry, following suggested drying time on the can label.
