  • Clear water-based, siloxane waterproofer that is designed to protect bare or previously coated concrete and masonry surfaces
  • Provides a breathable barrier which penetrates the surface and exhibits resistance to damage related to water intrusion without altering surface color
  • Protects against water, salt & dirt

Flat: washable with no shine

Satin: added durability without shine

Semi-gloss: outstanding durability, stain resistance, scrubbability and shine

Gloss: maximum durability, stain resistance, scrubbability and shine
Dry Time
1 hour - 2 hour to touch; 5 minute - 10 minute to recoat

Recommended Applicators
Apply with brush or 3/8" nap roller for smooth surfaces, 1/2" nap for rough or textured surfaces or a low pressure, pumpup sprayer.

Properly prepared concrete & masonry floors such as driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, living spaces & basements
Coverage
100 ft²/gal - 200 ft²/gal
