  • Provides a mold- and mildew-resistant finish
  • Dries to the touch in 1 hour; allow to dry 4 hours before recoating. Allow 24 hours for light foot traffic.

Apply with a premium-quality polyester brush, roller or airless sprayer.
Uses
Properly prepared interior and exterior wood, concrete or primed metal. Previously painted exterior wooden surfaces. Ideal for use on porches, basement floors, concrete block walls, stairs, breezeways, indoor and covered outdoor floors. Not for use on garage floors, other automobile parking areas, or as a waterproofer.
